Do it. One of my fave places so far I've found was a tiny Italian with 1 chef, 2 servers, beach side. Couches on the beach with fresh pasta and fresh OJ in basically 6 little open air tiki huts. Paradise.

Pretty sure that's the plan, found a little beach town that doesn't have ANY real Italian restaurants! Feels like a gold mine to me!
