Seems like he's going to be defensive over the tech because he's worked on a game that relies on it to work, and he needs it to be successful to ensure they sell more copies. But saying you're the problem is far less helpful than assisting with troubleshooting. Not a good look.

Again, a really unhelpful tweet. You could say it's a software or firmware issue at best, or a batch hardware issue that needs resolving, since it's apparent this isn't isolated to one user. But you chose to be obnoxious by saying it's a user error.
