Trying my hand at meal prep for dinners this week. Steak everyday except for one. Trying to get those last 12 lbs gone.

Why not just make them fresh each day? Only takes like 15-20 min right? Also, killer work man, been watching the progress!

If I remember correctly, the idea is that if you have prepared food already your less likely to order food. It's really helpful if you live a busy lifestyle that doesn't allow for cooking meals.

I wanted to try it for a week to see if I sacrifice an hour 1 day will that let me set that time for video editing or streaming earlier. I got a dishwasher installed over the weekend so that helps now too for time.

There's something about the cooking ritual that I just couldn't do without, but in all honestly, it seems like a smart and good use of time! I've been dieting myself, it's not fun, but the progress is awesome!
