It's the waist tracking unit for the new DecaGear #VR headset. This company has some big plans for a very high spec Steam VR headset with facial, finger and waist tracking as well as 4K displays for $449. Can they pull it off? We'll find out in May of this year!

It's an accessory to use with VR headsets to detect the direction to move based on its placement on your hip. So if you turn around using the DecaMove it turns your character in game in the same direction.
