QUESTION for ya folks (as Anton is having a total manic fixation day on condiments) What are your favorite condiments that are NOT common in the US? 'Condiment' here being defined as something you could either: - Dip French Fries/other fried potatoes in - Spoon over white rice.

You don’t see many people do spicy olive oil, but it’s at pretty much every restaurant in Italy!

I have a jar of Calabrian peppers in oil on counter at all times for that very reason :-P
