One of the things I hate about actually taking time off and relaxing is that my like.. cortisol levels drop sufficiently that I start dreaming again and BOY HOWDY do I get exhaustingly vivid, deeply symbolic dreams.

Like a group therapy session w. creepy dream simulacrums.

Real Talk: Those are the most cleansing dreams. Your brain accumulates 'garbage'. A bad tech analogy;there are neurons in your brain like sectors on a HD that get stale. When you relax you can defrag your brain HD (boy if a Neurologist sees this they be mad). It's good for you.
