And because I have to experiment with such things, I'm doing a batch with Prosciutto, Arrabbiatta sauce, and Asiago.

Aaaaaaaand done cooking for the day. Whew. Been going for like.... the last 8 hours. Exhausted. Totally worth it tho.

I deep fry the dough and then bake on the toppings, they look delicious man!

You can get these in like.. Almost every pizzeria where I'm from (Buffalo NY). Only company that makes em is located just outside of Buffalo. Finally craved them powerfully enough that I decided to try making them. They're even better fresh like this. :)
