You can play PSO offline and you _can_ get it working still on fan servers last I checked too

I played Phantasy Star offline... but it’s pretty hard to beat alone. Otherwise, that is a pretty solid collection of Dreamcast games! Now you make me want to power up Skies of Arcadia, Shenmue, and PowerStone 2, haha.
