I restarted the game and it doesn't change anything. I am still lock as a level 2. I was level 5 and 6 and then go back to level 2 and now, my level doesn't change at all. So annoying

When me and my 3 friends party up and then start a public match we 9x out of 10 we get split up. Do you think they will fix this?
