I'm interpreting this as as them saying "we're architecting the next console, so we wouldn't put resources into releasing a new VR peripheral for the Xbox One so late into this gen", but I don't see this ruling out VR on that "NeXtBox" (and I hope they strongly consider it).

Same, it just sucks that they said it would happen, and now are saying no BECAUSE it’s only for PC, which I think mobile #VR even shows that’s not true!
