#E32018 ⦁ Yesterday, several booths (including ours) experienced some technical issues with PS VR controllers tracking. We're now trying to find out what's causing those problems. Apparently, the reason is very strong lighting at the venue. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

It’s the overhead lights, @PlayStation had the same issue at PAX, it’s a pain to get right, try a sticking a post it note to the cam so you can block out rays coming in from the top, the shiny badges don’t help either 🤔

Staff put black curtains to the booths to block the lighting. It definitely got better.

Awesome, yeah there’s nothing worse then a bad first demo because of lighting. Lol at Survios the PSVR crew works in a tiny little dark room, I really feel for them :)

Also try getting the camera higher and angled down with a tripod, should help a good bit, you just may want to re-do the setup, goes quick :)
