Recorded everything in the headset, then plugged in and uploaded to the PC. Sadly, no game audio, which works for my format.
You can also Livestream and download later, you get audio, but bad quality.
Or you can wire the audio, record separately, and then match up later!

I can't believe how much content there is on @BitPlanetGames port of Ultrawings for the @oculus GO!
