So I played a game that has the movement scheme they are talking about, it's ok, kind of breaks the immersion if they do it the same way, but part of me feels like maybe they are adding more because they know it's an under-saturated market right now on PSVR and they want Bravo2

As long as your constantly busy, it sets a good example, if there is an issue, jump in and help, don’t just “manage,” give people a bit of leeway, but always in check, sadly you will quickly see who is actually working and who is skating by, pull people aside when reprimanding!
