Hey man, don’t know you, but your sheet is perfect! Lighting is what really matters, get that solid with little to no shadows and you’ll be golden! You can do wonders with sheets :) Also if you just have a bunch of random lamps, use aluminum foil to redirect light!

Sometimes a little wiggle on your face or moving it in and out the right amount should do it for you :) it’s all about finding the sweet spot!

First off, welcome! You’re gonna love it, secondly, don’t worry! Just getting your VR legs, best thing to do is short sessions till you feel ill, then take a break, in a few days, you’ll be golden! Don’t push through it, will only hurt you, breaks are 🔑
