If I remember correctly, you just have to enter VR mode from the menu, make sure you boot up with your HMD on :)

Bravo team is mixed and I think inpatient is full locomotion, but most likely only DS4

No move support, only DS4 and aim, but full body avatars are great, arms feel real, and it's nice to bend and see your character bend 2
