You should still be able to reach out to us even without the transaction ID. Can you provide a screenshot of what's going on when you try to reach out to us? ^BT
We wouldn't really be able to give a reason why since the system is automated. I'd suggest trying another username you'd like that's hopefully free. Thanks for your understanding! ^BT
