Crossbow indicates that a client error occurred during sign-in. Try restarting the game or letting it idle for a few minutes before trying again and make sure the client is updated. If you keep seeing this, send a ticket so we can offer further help msft.it/60139tJOD -JL

Support does not change usernames for players or bypass the 30 day wait time as the system is fully automated. -JL

That's a great question. Can you give us some context on the problem? What version of the game are you playing and what device are you playing on? What troubleshooting steps have you tried? Are there any error messages when launching the game? -JL

I understand how confusing this can be, however we can't help due to not having access to their account management system. Please continue working this out with Microsoft Support and they should help you with any account issues that you may have. ^BT

There are other reasons that can make it slow too. Could be that there's no player close enough to the chunk to load it, plot of land doesn't have water nearby, doesn't have enough light, some sort of corruption or a realm issue. If it's the last two, we can take a look. ^BT

You should be able to redeem it! No worries, we have an FAQ crafted that should help you through the steps on how to do it: msft.it/60159sLLh ^BT

Not sure! Do you get an error message when you try to log in? If so, pass that over so I can take a look. ^BT

That's not something we'd be able to help with, but Microsoft Support can. Please reach out to their support through their Twitter or through their helpsite. ^BT

It sounds like there may have been an issue with the update installation. I'd recommend starting with a reinstallation. Before doing so, be sure to back up any worlds you want to keep, as deleting the app deletes all worlds. msft.it/60199sYBP. -JL

We don't have any currently known Realm outages, so there might be something else going on here. If all players are seeing this, please have the Realm owner submit a ticket at msft.it/60199si9T so that we can investigate its status. -JL

That's definitely frustrating to experience! Have you tried restarting your mobile device, or reinstalling the game? Before reinstalling, make sure to back up your worlds: msft.it/60199sdOb. Let us know if the game is still crashing after trying these steps. ^FF

If the account was migrated, you'll have to keep working this out with Microsoft Support since we don't have access to their account management system. I'd suggest continuing to get them to help you in that ticket and they should help get everything squared away. ^BT

You shouldn't have to! Make sure you're logged into your Google account when you try to redeem it from the Playstore, search up Minecraft, and you should be good to go. ^BT

We'd be happy to help once we have more information. What version of the game are you running and when does your game crash? Does it happen upon launch? ^BT
