Hey there! Are you by chance referring to the cherry blossom animation in the Minecraft Launcher? In that picture frame, there should be a gray "X" button that switches back to the default static graphic. -AG

We can recommend restarting the game and clearing the Marketplace cache again. However, if the issue persists, please vote for our bug report here and follow it for updates: msft.it/6014gvMai -AG

We are unable to transfer or unlink Minecraft purchases from Microsoft accounts. We recommend reaching back out to Microsoft Support for assistance with processing a refund request so that your can purchase the game on the correct Microsoft account. -AG

When joining a friend's world, they act the host, as opposed to a server. The issue could be on either side, or maybe your networks are having a bad day. Connectivity issues can be tricky. Perhaps contacting your mobile ISP (internet service provider) can help! -AG

Hello! It looks like your friend could be having connectivity issues and is having trouble downloading your skin's image file, resulting in one of our premade skins as a fallback. Has your friend tried switching networks to see if the connection improves? -AG

Hi! This can happen if you are reaching your marketplace cache limit for Minecraft. Try opening Minecraft and navigating to Settings -> Storage -> Clear Marketplace cache. Once the cache clears, try logging out and back in before attempting to download the texture pack again. -AG

Hey there! Was your friend's Realm created in Minecraft: Java Edition, or Minecraft: Bedrock Edition? You'll first want to be sure you're both running the same edition of Minecraft. ^AG

The only action we can recommend is to return to Microsoft Support to recover your Microsoft account. Migrated Minecraft players exclusively use Microsoft accounts to play the game. Only Microsoft Support may help recover or perform other actions on your Microsoft account. ^AG

Sounds like you're seeing Demo Mode. Try signing in to any other email that you might've used, and make sure you're using the Microsoft log in option if you've already migrated or purchased the game after Dec 2020. Let us know if you're still running into any issues! ^FF

Minecraft Support is unable to transfer the game to a different Microsoft account; if the Microsoft account has been closed, deleted, or otherwise locked, you will not be able to continue playing the game. You will need to continue to work with Microsoft Support here. ^FF
