I understand the confusion, but the issue is with you not logging into the right Microsoft account. You'll need to log into WasteofOxygen24 in order to play your game, but if you can't access it, you'll need to reach out to Microsoft Support. ^BT

No worries. The transaction ID isn't necessary since we have other means of verification, but it does help push the recovery process along! ^BT

Just to confirm, is that error on Xbox that says "Failed to Sync World Data"? If that doesn't describe the issue, feel free to reply with a screenshot of the error. ^LK
