That's one of the troubleshooting steps we offer to players. Are you getting this error with a private server or is this with a Realm? And have you tried changing the network or perhaps using a wired connection? ^AG

Hi, and thank you for the screenshot! Cauldron indicates that a connection issue while signing in. Please check that your game version and that your internet connection is stable. Testing with a wired connection is preferred. Log out and log back in if the issues persist. ^AG
