That's alright, go ahead and use the email address you currently use in the email field when filling out the form (and be sure to include the email you were using for the account in the request details). Our account specialists will be able to take it from there. ^AG

This could be indicative of antivirus interference. If you've made changes recently, try reverting the changes to see if the issue persists. ^AG

If you are subscribed to PlayStation Plus, you may be able to use their cloud storage to get a copy. If that's unavailable, we won't be able to recover the world. We can recommend players our Realms service, which includes automated backups for worlds. minecraft.net/en-us/realms/b… ^AG

Hello. Is this occurring on a mobile version of the game? And is this occurring when you first start it? ^AG

Owning the game for mobile does not qualify for the bundle. Players need either Minecraft: Java Edition or Minecraft for Windows in order to obtain it. ^AG

Gotcha, in that case, please do proceed by making a new ticket at aka.ms/Minecraft-Support so that we can have another look at the account. ^AG

We aren't able to provide that information. However, if you submit a ticket with a screenshot of your error page to aka.ms/Minecraft-Support, we may be able to provide more specific instruction or clear up any confusion. ^LK

If using the "Recover Worlds" function didn't work, Locate Settings on your device. Once on Settings navigate to Storage. From there, switch between Application and External. This can help locate worlds that disappear from the game. ^LK

The Realms and cross-platform server infrastructure requires Microsoft accounts in order to work, as it uses Gamertags as identifiers in-game. Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. ^LK

Huh, that's strange. It could be that there's some corrupt file that's only accessed when you log in. One thing I'd recommend would be to reinstall the game to see if that helps. Make sure you back up your worlds. You can check out those steps here: bit.ly/3jiNA8W ^LK
