Are you experiencing this issue just with Dungeons, or is this happening with other Minecraft titles? Can you let us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far, and can you also confirm which device you're playing on? ^FF
There could be an issue with a file needed to download the launcher being corrupted, so try completely uninstalling the Minecraft launcher and then reinstall the launcher, and let us know if the issue persists. ^FF
