Hello there! Can you perhaps clarify what you mean by incomplete? Since they are ruins, they ought to feel a little abandoned, in the game. Do you mean that the structure spawned in an unnatural looking way? We'd appreciate screenshots of what you're seeing! ^AG

A world can sometimes cause lag; redstone and excessive mob collisions (such as in farms) can be culprit. We recommend making a backup of your Realm's world and seeing if the lag persists on a different world in another world slot. Backup guide: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^AG

We're not seeing any widespread issues right now; are you seeing any errors or is the world on your Realm just lagging? Can you see if there's any lag on any other worlds on your Realm? We'd also suggest trying basic connection troubleshooting, like rebooting your router. ^FF

Worlds are stored locally, so we won't be able to recover any lost worlds. You can use iCloud Drive to back up/restore your files, but you have to manually back up/restore files on each device. Our Realms service also allows you to store worlds online:bit.ly/3JiowZC ^FF
