Gotcha. It looks like the files are only 0.01 MB. The smallest world I can make is about 0.30 MB. It may be that the worlds were deleted due to an error or an update to the Beta, or they're corrupted. We are unable to recover worlds if the files have been lost or corrupted. ^LK

Uh oh, that's not good. We aren't able to make direct changes to worlds on Realms, so we can't manually free you. Does the world have cheats enabled? If so, the owner could change themselves to creative mode and dig you out. ^LK

Hmm, if you want to avoid resetting, I've got a few ideas. It looks like you're running other programs on your Xbox at the same time like Discord. Overlays on PC can sometimes cause issues with games, could you try closing all other programs and see if that helps? ^LK

Just to confirm, were those worlds also created and played using the Minecraft Beta, or with the latest Bedrock release? Sometimes worlds from the full release aren't compatible with the Beta. ^LK

Have you tried any troubleshooting so far, like logging out and logging back in with her Microsoft account? That can help refresh the connection. ^LK
