Yes, you should get an automated email that will include your 7-digit ticket number that should look something like this: 5678901. ^FF

You'll need to reach out to support team for the authenticator app that you set up to regain access. Minecraft Support can only assist with log in issues for Minecraft: Java Edition accounts, and we're unable to make any modifications to the bug site or the feedback site. ^FF
