I take it you're on PC running Java, do I have that right? Have you tried using another network on your machine or using a wired connection to your router? ^AG

If you're using any 3rd party launchers or mods with Minecraft, try uninstalling those and see if the error message persists. If you're still encountering this error, you may need to reinstall Minecraft, but make sure to back up your worlds first: bit.ly/3HvWt7x. ^FF
