Gotcha. In that case, we recommend reinstalling Minecraft. Before you do, make sure you back up your worlds! Deleting the app will delete all worlds unless they have been saved elsewhere. You can find steps for that here: bit.ly/3jiNA8W ^LK

Hmm, just to confirm is it asking you to log in to your Microsoft account whenever you close and re-open the game? After you log in, can you access the Marketplace and multiplayer or do you still get an error? ^LK
