To fix this, from your start menu, please search for “wsreset” on your PC and select "Run". You don't need to download anything; this should already be on your computer. This should effectively reset the Microsoft Store and fix any installation issues you may be having. ^FF

Minecraft data (worlds, inventory, skins) is stored locally on your device and isn't attached to your account; we're unable to recover that data if it's been lost/corrupted. Check our guides on managing data/game storage: bit.ly/3HvWt7x & bit.ly/3c9PK76. ^FF

Which platform are you playing Minecraft on (iOS, Windows, PlayStation, etc.) and are only the skins not loading for you? Are you able to see other Marketplace content load, your worlds load, etc., and have you tried any connection troubleshooting steps? ^FF
