Sorry, I don't quite understand what you mean! You can get Minecraft through Gamepass if you want, but you can also purchase it through the Microsoft store. I'd suggest checking out the store website: msft.it/601699rTQ ^BT

In that case you can either create a new Microsoft account to house the migrated account or you may be able to get access to the Microsoft account associated with your old number by contacting their support. -JL

No worries. In that case, I'd highly suggest making another ticket with our support team and keeping an eye on the e-mail so you're able to get updates from us. Also, make sure to provide that screenshot and your Gamertag! That'll help support a lot. ^BT
