Players can change their Java profile name every 30 days, and previous Java profile names are held for an additional week after that. Minecraft Support is unable to assist with Java profile name changes, including misspellings or capitalization requests. ^FF

Do you already have Minecraft Bedrock on PC, or on console/mobile? The Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition PC bundle is only available for PC users. I'd also suggest double-checking which account you're signed into. Let us know if you're still running into any issues! ^FF
