Gotcha! We'd recommend NAT Type 1 on PlayStation for the best connection. To change your NAT type, you'll need to change some settings on your router. Settings can be different depending on the model of your router, so we aren't able to provide specific steps. ^LK

There is no 1.20.13 yet. Minecraft should update automatically once the update is available on your platform. 1.20.12 is not yet available on Nintendo Switch or Amazon Fire but will be published soon. For info on how to manually update, see msft.it/6018g7IEm. ^LK

One thing we'd like to rule out is any connection issues. Are you able to test using a wired connection if you're using Wi-Fi, or try using another network like a mobile hotspot? ^LK

You won't be able to use the same username if you're using a new account. If you want to reuse the same username, you'll need to recover access to that original account. We may be able to help with that if you submit a ticket at msft.it/6018g7I6G ^LK

I'd be happy to help with connection issues with Minecraft! To get started, what platform do you play on, and have you tried any troubleshooting so far? ^LK

If you have suggestions about the textures for hanging signs or for spruce wood in general, feel free to submit that to our feedback site at msft.it/6011g7x7t. Our devs use that site to review suggestions! ^LK

Looks like this is working as intended, as of 1.20 rails can only be placed on full block faces. Since dirt paths have the top layer taken off, rails can't lay flat on them. ^LK

Gotcha, what sort of error are you seeing when you try and use the Marketplace or create a new world? ^LK

Tends to happen sometimes, but it's nothing to be alarmed about. Villages are bisected due to how chunks generate! ^BT

We can only help with deleting on the account itself. As for other websites, you'd have to reach out to their Support or Admins. ^BT

I understand how frustrating this can be, however I'd suggest reaching out to Microsoft Support again since we don't have access to their account management system. Please reach out to them at msft.it/6014g7mkn, or through their help site: msft.it/6015g7mkX ^BT
