@MojangSupport hello! I bought a world in Minecraft Marketplace for Android (Relics of the privateers by Imagiverse) but download does not start. I tried to restart the device, the app, log out / in, change wifi, nothing works, what can I do? (I'm on Google pixel XL 2)

I have already read but my problem is not listed, I have contacted @imagiversemc but they say it's a bug of Minecraft's app, so who can help me? at the moment I spent coins to get nothing :-(

His purchase went through but it is not allowing him to download the product, while we can help him if he found a bug within the map, we can't really do anything if the issue is with the download itself.
