@MojangSupport Can't connect to realm, and neither can my friends. error message " io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception: Connection timed out: no futher information." Any solutions?

We have found and fixed an issue that was preventing some players from joining their Realms for the past few hours. -MO
