@MojangSupport We can't access our realm. Looking around online, I see we aren't the only ones. What is the issue and when can we expect it to be resolved? Do we get refunded for the time we aren't able to access our paid subscription?

The problem you've described sounds like a temporary issue and should have been resolved now. ^EA
