@MojangSupport I cant get my personal bedrock based realm to load. I’ve tried from my Xbox One, Win10 and IOS devices and get the same message every time “unable to load world”. Is the whole system down? I did update to 1.4 last night and it did load correctly after the update.

The problem you've described sounds like a temporary issue and should have been resolved now. ^EA
