@MojangSupport My Xbox deleted a saved world, spoke to Microsoft who got it back but to an old save point. But in the process deleted all my other worlds. Been sent to use for support as apparently there is nothing Microsoft can do

I was told to come to use, as you'll have another backup copy of my saved file. I'm being messed around big time st the moment, passed from one person to the next.
