@XboxSupport trying to get support on a download code that seems to have been claimed by someone other than me. Chatted to 2 agents so far who just seem to pass me around the houses. What is the best way to get this sorted?

unfortunately Xbox and @MojangSupport are just playing pass the buck, net result, it's my problem deal with it. Great.

Sorry to hear about your problem. Which device/store is the code for? Is it a Windows 10 code claimed from a Mojang account? ^DS

It's for Windows 1, came with the java version bought from your site.
