285453 - yea, not getting anywhere with this back and forth email 🤦🏼‍♀️ they told us to get a free legacy skin pack but the game keeps saying it can’t connect to Internet even though everything else is working. This update effed us entirely.

Also-this issue is on both our iPads and all our other game apps, WiFi streaming services, etc, are all working perfectly.
