@MojangSupport Hi ive been having issues on xbox 1 recently just got off phone with microsoft. Issue is with minecraft realm renewal on xbox1. I renewed realm 24hrs prior to renewal date but showed realm as expired/ing on 5th renewal date. Microsoft since refunded the money
