Not able to get texture packs to transfer to the new game from xbox one edition. Why?@MojangSupport

In that case, contact us at help.mojang.com/customer/por…, with your Gamertag and SR number that you were given by Xbox Support. ^JH

After contacting support like you told me to, they advised me to contact xbox support again. I love getting the run around after supporting you guys for almost 10 years.
