@MojangSupport Hi, I'm having trouble with minecraft java since friday. The launcher opens normally, but the game don't run. I've already tried reinstalling everything related but nothing seems to work. What should I do?

I have already tried to contact the support by this link. Sent two logs from minecraft. They said the e-mail is for payment issues... and in the foruns I could'nt find my issue... It's disapointing to read that you guys are sending me from hand to hand...

My game is still not working, I've done nothing different with it, and it seems that you guys don't care. Ok, I'll leave it that way! Thanks for not solving my problem!
