Hi I emailed yourselves 3 days ago now and still no reply, poor customer service. I have an issue with renewing a realm and being charged for it but my realm has not renewed. Please can you contact me to resolve this. Many thanks, Kez

You still haven’t got back to me yet regarding this issue, its awful and such poor customer service, I’m genuinely very disappointed!!!
