@MojangSupport I have a new laptop and everytime I go on a server, it works for 10 seconds and then crashes. Apparently its something to do with java? that's all I know. ive uninstalled and reinstalled but it doesn't work. Please help! Thankyou.

The chat doesn't work. There is no solution for my class in the hopper. Please. I have messaged you, talk to me. I am just being told the same thing. I have paid my own money for a game that will not work.
