@MojangSupport I just a network transfer from my Xbox one to my Xbox one x last night and now my minecraft worlds won’t work, Xbox support told me to contact you... how does this get fixed?

This offers me no help at all. I can’t access my world after an Xbox network transfer... this shouldn’t happen and it needs to be fixed.
