Great - So I have to wait weeks to get back an account that someone compromised. Unreal. Maybe there wouldn't be such a backlog if you could implement better ways to keep innocent people - IE adults who DON'T give away their information and get hacked - from getting hacked.

Gonna agree with this one. My cousin lost his first account a while back, support did nothing to help, and it's gone still to this day. Then another friend's account got compromised a few months back. Mojang really needs to bump up their security (why on Earth is there not 2FV?)

...or make a better system for account returning. At the moment, it's you have the transaction ID or say goodbye, and that's unacceptable for a $28 game.
