Great - So I have to wait weeks to get back an account that someone compromised. Unreal. Maybe there wouldn't be such a backlog if you could implement better ways to keep innocent people - IE adults who DON'T give away their information and get hacked - from getting hacked.

Gonna agree with this one. My cousin lost his first account a while back, support did nothing to help, and it's gone still to this day. Then another friend's account got compromised a few months back. Mojang really needs to bump up their security (why on Earth is there not 2FV?)

If you do not have the transaction ID, then you should advise the agent of this and provide as much information as you can. ^JH
