Both @XboxSupport & @MojangSupport are equally terrible at offering solutions, instead regurgitating links to generic content... lesson learned, pointless contacting. @NintendoUK and @PlayStationUK beat XBox not only on the UI & UX front, but also on the Support front. Rant over
