No, I've already gotten replies from your emails stating it wasn't your issue and i need to contact Microsoft but once again I'll repeat everything I have been. Microsoft doesn't know what I'm talking about and you're giving me the run around.

This is why you need a number to call for support because obviously nobody understands what I'm talking about. All I want is to be taken OUT OF A BETA THAT I DIDN'T WANT PARTICIPATE IN.
