I have a @Minecraft skin pack I own in xbone edition but bedrock is trying to charge me for it. Both @XboxSupport @Mojang blame the other!

@XboxSupport told me to report as a bug and @MojangSupport told me it's was xbox issue to contact them! Who can help?
