@MojangSupport My son's Minecraft launcher has failed. I've restarted the computer, reinstalled Minecraft, updated windows (10) and various drivers, no luck. It just opens a blank window that I can't even Alt+Tab to. Here's what I see when I windows key + tab. Any ideas?
