@MojangSupport tried to buy coins through Win10 minecraft. purchase went through on microsoft store. no coins available in minecraft. sad little 8 year old boy. this was *2 weeks ago* and no response to support request. do you enjoy taking an 8 year old's money?

I tried all of those things and nothing worked. The fact is Microsoft still charged us and there are no coins in our account. They say its your problem and your FAQ says its their problem. It is ridiculous.

Is there a way for you to check our marketplace balance internally to see if the purchase actually went through. That is really what MS wants to know before refunding us.
